We are in desperate need of donations!!! Our supplies are basically gone after being at the Senior Center today. There were more families than we've ever helped. Here's what we need if you can help:
$$$ donations (we coupon and get great deals)
people willing to donate coupons or print for us
Items:
Baby needs: diapers - all sizes, baby wipes, formula, baby foods, etc.
Paper products: toilet paper (4 packs are great but we'll divide up larger quantities), paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, zip style bags (all sizes), Kleenex, cleaning wipes, etc.
feminine products - all types not brand specific
cleaning supplies: dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleanser, all purpose cleaners
Laundry supplies: detergent, bleach, fabric softeners (both kinds)
Personal hygiene: deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouth rinses (only if a great price), denture cream/cleaners, body washes (we have a good supply of bar soaps), lotions (only if a great price), liquid soap, etc.
We are also going to be giving out school supplies on Wednesday, Aug 13th. Parents should bring their children along with their supply lists to the Senior Center starting at 10am. The reason we suggest bringing children is because they like to shop too!! The supply list is required.
I'll try and post the great deals on school supplies on Mondays. Right now great deals are at Office Max, Walgreens, ShopKo and Target. I have an earlier post indicating basically what the children will need.
